Cancellation notice is to be given within 48 hrs of appointment. Failure to adhere will result in cancellation of your appointment which will then require a no show fee to rebook. There is a 15 minute grace period allowed. After 15 mins, you will need to reschedule your appointment. You will need to pay an additional no show fee to book another appointment. Excessive No Shows will block your ability to book future appointments. We handle extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of VivaSkyn Aesthetics LLC..

While we aim to provide the best service with even better treatment outcomes, there are NO REFUNDS on any service we have already executed. Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or another individual are non refundable after 3 days from the date of purchase. 

The subsequent (follow up) appointment can be scheduled after 6 to 8 weeks of initial treatment. If client chooses to opt out of subsequent sessions, they must return within the first 3 months of initial treatment to receive the Subsequent Session fee of $125. Failure to comply will result in full service price for treated area (first time treatment fee). Prior treatment must not be affected in any way.
